The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to the Tube and nearby restaurants. I had a wonderful chat with Jose, who surprised us with a birthday cake for my daughter. The cocktail bar had a cool vibe, and it’s just a bunch of fun to unwind there after a day out.

The hospitality here was unforgettable! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with treats for our anniversary. The only downside was the room felt a bit cramped for the price.

We celebrated our anniversary and it was just lovely! The suite had a massive bathroom and a cool shower. Loved the rose petal heart in our room, such a sweet detail. The cocktails in the Coral Room were nice, but breakfast could’ve been better—more variety would’ve been nice. a fab experience!

It was just a perfect match for a lightning trip in London with excellent value for money. I was taken on a wonderful tour of the hotel by the Guest Relations Manager to see the beautiful art. Check out the Seamus Heaney Library if you're there.
